We guarantee that your visa will be approved — otherwise, you’ll receive a full refund. If you apply for the visa yourself through evisa.imigrasi.go.id, please note that there is a strict no-refund policy.
We guarantee your visa will be issued on time — before departure or, for last-minute bookings, before arrival — or you’ll get a full refund. When applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, there’s no guarantee on processing time, which can lead to serious issues. For e-VOA, it might mean long airport queues; for other visas, you risk being denied boarding if you’re not eligible for Visa on Arrival — possibly forcing you to rebook your flight.
You can request a full refund anytime before we submit your documents to immigration. After submission, refunds are no longer possible due to Indonesia’s strict no-refund policy for visas. You’ll also receive a full refund if your visa is not approved or if we miss the promised delivery time before your arrival.
evisa.imigrasi.go.id accepts some VISA and MasterCards. We accept all VISA and MasterCards, plus American Express, and bank transfers in 11 major currencies.
Our dedicated support team operates across multiple countries and time zones — almost around the clock. We assist you in your native language via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, live chat, and, in some countries, even by phone. In contrast, many users report difficulties contacting Indonesian immigration through evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Calls often go unanswered, emails receive no reply, and their live chat only provides general information — without the ability to speed up or unblock stalled applications.
Think of us as your visa insurance — we’re here to ensure your trip goes smoothly. We genuinely care about your experience and do everything we can to make the process easy and error-free. This is very different from applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, where no one is accountable if you’re denied boarding or entry due to a missing visa or mistakes like a wrong date of birth, place of birth, or a typo in your name.
With us, you can handle your visa anytime — even when Indonesian immigration is closed or not accepting applications. We’ll check, format, and prepare your documents in advance, so your application is ready to go the moment submissions reopen. If the immigration website is down, the payment gateway fails, or account creation has issues, our experienced team will contact immigration directly and keep trying until it works.

We offer the easiest and fastest way to apply for a visa or extension for Indonesia. Our guided process is more user-friendly, available in multiple languages, and supported by a responsive help team that is just one click away. VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer | Most cards of VISA and Mastercard
Some users report their VISA or MasterCard isn’t accepted on evisa.imigrasi.go.id. With us, payments go through smoothly as long as your card has sufficient balance. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers (for amounts over 2,000,000 IDR). You’ll always have an easy way to pay.

Remote Work Visa Extension (E33G)
Are you currently in Indonesia on a Remote Work Visa? Starting recently, you can also extend your Remote Work Visa. With this extension, you can stay in Indonesia for another year (360 days). Apply for the extension on our website and then fill out the application form with all the required information and documents. The extension process can start earliest 4 weeks before your current KITAS expires. We are able to help with the extension in Bali and Jakarta. We’ll ensure that your information and payment are correctly submitted to the immigration office. All you need to do is go to the immigration office with your passport to have your photo taken and your fingerprints recorded. We’ll provide you with your appointment time at the immigration office. A personal visit to the immigration office is required for the extensions. Important: If you did not book your initial visa through us, additional fees may apply. Once we’ve reviewed your information, we’ll be able to tell you exactly what those fees are!
1. Color copy of passport ID page A scan of the ID page is required. Your passport should be valid for at least 18 months from the intended date of entry into Indonesia. Proper scan is recommended but if you take a photo instead, make sure all corners are visible and no fingers can be seen. All letters and numbers must be readable. 2. Current Stay Permit Your current residence permit (ITK) of your current remote work visa. 3. Passport photo/profile picture At least 3.5 x 4.5 cm, 100KB, and 400x600px. You must face the camera directly, wear formal attire, and the background must be white or light-colored. You shouldn’t be positioned too far or too close to the camera. A selfie is accepted as long as the resolution is high and you are facing straight to the camera. 4. Personal Bank Statement of the past 3 months with a minimum USD 2000 balance The bank statement must include the applicant’s name, a minimum of 3 months, and a closing balance of USD 2,000 or its equivalent in another currency. 5. Proof of annual salary/income of USD 60,000 (net) or equivalent in another currency 6. Employment contract with a company located outside the Indonesian Territory 7. - You can directly add the Digital Nomad Visa Extension to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
- After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the KITAS extension and upload the required documents.
- We will check your data and documents and get back to you within one business day via email or WhatsApp.
- If everything is correct and we have received your visa fee payment, we will submit your data to the Immigration office.
- Once we get the date and time of your personal appointment at the immigration we will let you know.
- After the photo and fingerprints are taken, we will wait until the extension process is done and the new E-KITAS is issued.
The extension process is about 14 working days and the extension process can only start 30 days before your current stay permit expires.
The E33G is Indonesia's official limited stay permit (KITAS – Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas) for foreign nationals who work remotely for an employer based outside Indonesia while residing in the country (e.g., in Bali). It was introduced in April 2024, replacing the previous practice of using social or tourist visas as a workaround.
It is issued for 1 year and allows unlimited entries and exits during that period. After 1 year, you either have to leave Indonesia or extend your visa for an additional 360 days.
Financial proof for the Remote Work KITAS is:
- Bank balance over the last 3 months: min. USD 2,000 and
- Proof of annual income of USD 60,000 or a monthly salary of USD 5,000
You are NOT allowed to
- work for Indonesian clients or companies
- receive payment from within Indonesia
- sell goods/services in Indonesia (including renting out rooms/villas to guests)
- set up or run a business in Indonesia
Yes, dependents (spouse, children, and — since a late-2025 framework update — also parents/siblings in some cases) can be included via a Dependent KITAS or Spouse KITAS.
Therefore, you first have to apply for your Remote Work KITAS. Afterwards, it's possible to apply for the Family/Dependent KITAS. Get in touch with us to receive further information and a helping hand.
Yes, as of the recent update, a Remote Work Visa extension is possible. You no longer automatically need to close the permit (EPO), exit, and re-apply from abroad each year.
These are the steps for the Remote Work KITAS Extension. Please note that the extension is only possible if you are inside of Indoensia.
- Purchase the Remote Work Visa Extension on our website and submit the extension form afterwards.
Typically, 4- 5 weeks before the current KITAS expires. The process of the extension takes about 14 working days, but it's better to have good time.
Yes, you must remain in the country throughout the entire extension process, partly due to the required in-person biometric registration at the immigration office.
The E33G does not automatically lead to a KITAP (permanent stay permit) and is not considered a basis for one. Switching to, for example, a Work KITAS (E23) with an Indonesian employer is possible but requires a separate process (including RPTKA approval).
Yes — the E33G Remote Worker KITAS can be extended. As long as you still meet the requirements (annual income, bank balance, and an employment contract with a company based outside Indonesia), you can renew it for another 360 days — and you can do this again and again, year after year, with no fixed maximum.
Yes — you can now extend your E33G Remote Worker KITAS from inside Indonesia.
This is a fairly recent change: until recently, the only way to continue past the first year was to exit the country and file a completely new application.
We now handle onshore extensions for our clients, adding up to another 360 days to your permit without a mandatory exit. You'll still need to be in Indonesia for your appointment at the immigration office, but there's no need to fly out and back in.
We recommend starting 30 days before your current KITAS expires — that's the earliest the application can be filed, and also the latest safe point to begin, since it must be submitted before your permit's expiry date.
Get in touch with us as soon as your renewal date is on the horizon and we'll manage the timeline for you.
You submit your details and documents through us, we check everything for completeness and correctness, and once your payment is confirmed we submit your case to the immigration office.
From there, we'll give you a specific appointment time — you'll need to visit the immigration office in person with your passport for a photo and fingerprints. After that, we monitor the process until your new ITK (stay permit) is issued, and let you know as soon as it's ready.
For a regular E33G extension, plan for around 14 working days from the point your complete application and payment reach us — roughly two to three weeks in practice.
Processing speed can vary a little depending on the immigration office handling your case, so we'll keep you updated if your timeline looks different. It's always better to plan more time instead of too less.
Yes. The extension is an onshore-only process: you need to be in Indonesia for the full procedure and appear in person for your biometrics appointment at the immigration office.
This is different from a first-time E33G application, which can also be filed from outside the country.
For the Remote Work KITAS extension, we'll need almost the same documents as for the initial application. The required documents are:
- a colour scan of your passport ID page (with at least 18 months' remaining validity),
- a recent passport-style photo,
- a personal bank statement from the last three months showing a minimum balance of USD 2,000 (or equivalent in a different currency),
- proof of annual income of at least USD 60,000,
- your employment contract with a company based outside Indonesia
- and your current KITAS/ITK.
- A CV helps but isn't strictly required.
Send these documents to us and we'll check everything before submission.
In many cases, yes — a Dependent KITAS can generally be attached to your Remote Worker KITAS. Because the exact process and any extra paperwork for extending dependents alongside you can vary by case, please reach out to us directly and we'll walk you through what's needed for your family.
As many times as you like — there's no fixed maximum.
You can keep renewing your E33G year after year for as long as you continue to meet the requirements. The catch is that we have to re-verify everything at every single renewal: your annual income of at least USD 60,000, your bank balance of at least USD 2,000, and a valid employment contract with a company based outside Indonesia.
As long as you can show all of that again each time, there's no limit on how many consecutive years you can stay.
No — the E33G Remote Work Visa only permits income from clients or employers located outside Indonesia. Working for, or being paid by, an Indonesian company or local client is not allowed under this visa, even for a single assignment.
This restriction applies regardless of how small the local engagement is. If you also want to work for Indonesian clients while in the country, you'll need a different visa/work permit (e.g. a KITAS with RPTKA sponsorship). If you're unsure, contact us before accepting any local work — a violation can put your visa at risk.
An Exit Permit Only (EPO) is the official departure clearance required when you leave Indonesia for good and won't be renewing your E33G visa/KITAS. Without an EPO, you may run into complications with a future re-entry or a new visa application.
You typically need an EPO when you let your KITAS expire and leave Indonesia permanently, or when you leave the country for good before your visa expires and don't plan to re-enter on this permit.
If you plan to return later with a new E33G, reach out to us in advance — we'll help you check whether and when an EPO is required in your case.
No, health insurance is not a mandatory document for the E33G application with us. That said, we strongly recommend it, since medical treatment in Indonesia is paid out of pocket, and costs — for example for a hospital stay — can add up quickly.
International health insurance with coverage in Indonesia protects you from unexpected high costs and is especially worthwhile for a longer stay of up to one year (or several years with extensions).
