We guarantee that your visa will be approved — otherwise, you’ll receive a full refund. If you apply for the visa yourself through evisa.imigrasi.go.id, please note that there is a strict no-refund policy.
We guarantee your visa will be issued on time — before departure or, for last-minute bookings, before arrival — or you’ll get a full refund. When applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, there’s no guarantee on processing time, which can lead to serious issues. For e-VOA, it might mean long airport queues; for other visas, you risk being denied boarding if you’re not eligible for Visa on Arrival — possibly forcing you to rebook your flight.
You can request a full refund anytime before we submit your documents to immigration. After submission, refunds are no longer possible due to Indonesia’s strict no-refund policy for visas. You’ll also receive a full refund if your visa is not approved or if we miss the promised delivery time before your arrival.
evisa.imigrasi.go.id accepts some VISA and MasterCards. We accept all VISA and MasterCards, plus American Express, and bank transfers in 11 major currencies.
Our dedicated support team operates across multiple countries and time zones — almost around the clock. We assist you in your native language via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, live chat, and, in some countries, even by phone. In contrast, many users report difficulties contacting Indonesian immigration through evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Calls often go unanswered, emails receive no reply, and their live chat only provides general information — without the ability to speed up or unblock stalled applications.
Think of us as your visa insurance — we’re here to ensure your trip goes smoothly. We genuinely care about your experience and do everything we can to make the process easy and error-free. This is very different from applying via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, where no one is accountable if you’re denied boarding or entry due to a missing visa or mistakes like a wrong date of birth, place of birth, or a typo in your name.
With us, you can handle your visa anytime — even when Indonesian immigration is closed or not accepting applications. We’ll check, format, and prepare your documents in advance, so your application is ready to go the moment submissions reopen. If the immigration website is down, the payment gateway fails, or account creation has issues, our experienced team will contact immigration directly and keep trying until it works.

Support Jakarta Animal Aid Network (JAAN): A Lifeline for Indonesia's Animals
Jakarta Animal Aid Network (JAAN) is a dedicated, non-governmental, non-profit organization working tirelessly to improve the lives of animals across Indonesia. Founded in February 2008 by Femke den Haas, Karin Franken, and Natalie Stewart, JAAN operates exclusively on donations from individuals and does not receive any financial support from the government. With a mission to alleviate the suffering of domestic and wild animals, JAAN runs numerous programs and campaigns focused on rescue, rehabilitation, and education.
Domestic Programs and Campaigns
JAAN's Domestic Welfare division addresses the needs of pets, strays, and abandoned animals. Key initiatives include:
- Dog and Cat Adoption: JAAN works to find loving homes for dogs and cats rescued from abusive situations or the streets.
- Dog Meat Free Indonesia: This campaign aims to end the dog meat trade, which causes immense suffering to thousands of dogs annually.
- Cat Sterilization Drives: JAAN organizes regular sterilization drives to control the stray cat population and prevent unwanted litter.
- Emergency Rescues: The organization responds to urgent cases involving abused or neglected animals, providing medical care and rehabilitation.
Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation
JAAN's Wildlife Rescue division is involved in numerous projects to protect and rehabilitate Indonesia's diverse wildlife. Significant efforts include:
- Save Dennis Save The Rainforest: A campaign to protect orangutans and their habitats from deforestation and illegal trade.
- Primates Are Not Pets: This initiative educates the public about the consequences of keeping primates as pets and works towards ending this practice.
- Raptor Rescue and Rehabilitation: JAAN rescues and rehabilitates birds of prey, ensuring they can return to the wild.
- Topen Monyet Rehabilitation: Focused on rehabilitating former performing monkeys and releasing them back into their natural habitats.
The Dolphin Project
One of JAAN's most prominent efforts is the Dolphin Project, which aims to rescue, rehabilitate, and release captive dolphins. The project gained significant attention when JAAN, in collaboration with the Dolphin Project, successfully rescued four dolphins from the Melka Hotel in Bali. These dolphins, named Rocky, Rambo, Johnny, and Dewa, were moved to a sea pen and the world’s first permanent dolphin sanctuary. The sanctuary provides a haven for dolphins that cannot be released back into the wild due to health issues developed in captivity.
Educational Outreach
Education is a crucial component of JAAN's mission. The organization conducts school and company visits, providing educational materials and workshops to raise awareness about animal welfare. Programs like "Kesejahteraan Hewan Cermin Jakarta Maju" aim to foster a compassionate attitude towards animals among the younger generation, ensuring a better future for Indonesia's animals.
Community Involvement and How You Can Help
JAAN's success is driven by the support of dedicated volunteers and donors. Here’s how you can contribute:
- Donate: Financial contributions are essential for JAAN to continue its rescue and rehabilitation efforts. Donations help fund medical care, food, and shelter for rescued animals.
- Sponsor an Animal: Individuals can sponsor the care of specific animals, providing ongoing support for their needs.
- Volunteer: JAAN offers numerous volunteer opportunities, from assisting in rescues to helping with educational programs.
- Spread the Word: Sharing JAAN’s mission on social media and within your community can help raise awareness and garner additional support.
